False teachers intentionally deceive and lead others astray by teaching false doctrines or promoting their own agendas. They may have malicious intentions and seek to manipulate or exploit their followers. On the other hand, misguided individuals may sincerely believe in their teachings but lack proper understanding or knowledge. They may unintentionally lead others astray due to their own misunderstandings or lack of discernment. While both can have negative impacts, false teachers are more deliberate in their deception, while misguided individuals may simply be in need of guidance and correction. **

Both are important in creating inclusive and sustainable change, as participation allows for diverse perspectives and voices to be heard, while empowerment enables individuals to take ownership of their own lives and communities.
